Sector 419 exists on paper. The name, the badge, and the shape of what we want to run are settled.

Finding the ground
Walking properties in the Lima area. We are after wooded acreage with road access, room to park, and neighbors who are not going to mind the noise. This is the step everything else waits on.

Permits, zoning, and insurance
Zoning approval, liability coverage, and the paperwork that turns a field into a business.

Clearing and layout
Cutting trails, marking boundaries, setting up the safe zone and staging area, and laying out the first game zones.

Bunkers, towers, and buildings. This is the part that makes a field memorable, and the part we are most looking forward to.
