Waiver
Every player signs one before stepping on the field. Print it, fill it out at home, and walk straight past the clipboard line.

Two pages. Fill out both sides, sign, and bring it with you. If you would rather sign at the field, that is fine too — it just takes a few minutes longer on arrival.
Players under 18
A parent or legal guardian has to sign section 10 of the same form. A signature sent in a text message, an email, or written by an older sibling does not count — we need the real thing on paper.
If a parent cannot come to the field, they can sign the form in advance and send it along with the player. We may call to confirm.
Running a group
Organizing a party, a team, or a youth group? Print a copy for every person coming and collect them before you arrive. A stack of finished waivers is the difference between playing at 10:00 and playing at 10:40.
One waiver covers you for the whole season. You sign once, we keep it on file, and you check in on every visit after that.
While you are at it
Read the field rules and gear list before your first visit. It covers eye protection, velocity limits, and what to wear so you are not the person in shorts and sandals.
